In our capacity as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we process the personal data you share through the forms on our website and our communication channels within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data We Process
- Identity data: first name, last name, company name if any
- Contact data: phone number, e-mail address, province and district
- Request data: subject, message content, information on the real estate, machinery or other assets to be valued
- Transaction security data: IP address, date-time logs, browser information and spam verification (reCAPTCHA) result
3. Purposes of Processing
- Receiving and evaluating your valuation, quotation and information requests and responding to you
- Preparing quotations, conducting pre-contractual negotiations and providing our services
- Fulfilling legal obligations, in particular under Capital Markets Board (CMB/SPK) and Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA/BDDK) regulations
- Ensuring information security and preventing misuse of the website and unsolicited submissions (spam)
- Responding to requests from competent authorities and protecting our rights in potential disputes
4. Collection Method and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact, valuation request and quotation forms on our website, as well as via e-mail, phone and WhatsApp. It is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: (c) it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, (ç) it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller, (e) it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and (f) it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the above purposes and with the necessary security measures, to:
- Our regional offices and the valuation experts assigned to fulfil your request
- Legally authorised public institutions (CMB, BRSA, judicial authorities, etc.) upon request
- Suppliers from whom we receive hosting, e-mail and information technology services
Within the scope of the Google reCAPTCHA service used for form security, limited technical data (IP address, browser information) may be sent to Google LLC servers located abroad. Cross-border transfers are carried out in accordance with the procedures set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and for the retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation. At the end of these periods, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
- To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred
- To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- To request the deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK
- To request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
- To object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
8. How to Apply
You may submit your requests in writing to our address above, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, or send them from your e-mail address registered in our system to info@argedegerleme.com.tr. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
